I’m Victoria Shew-Markey — creative and technical writer in Dallas, Texas.
I have a passion for providing clear and concise information to help individuals understand complex topics. Within the last year, I’ve explored SharePoint development, leading to the creation and deployment of semi-automated processes across the organization. These new processes helped streamline communication and minimize some of the manual work that was previously completed. Additionally, they created efficiencies in daily work, leading to teams maintaining SLAs despite reductions in staff. I’m always looking for new opportunities to improve upon my current skills and learn more – whether it be professionally or personally.
In my spare time you can find me re-watching Friends, exploring local food and drinks with my husband and our co-pilots Chewie and Mo, keeping up with the Dallas Stars, or spending time with family!
